On the basis of Article 93 of the Income Tax Act ("Official Gazette", no. 115/16, 106/18, 121/19, 32/20 and 138/20), the Minister of Finance issued the Ordinance on Amendments to the Ordinance on Tax on the income according to which the sums of some tax-free receipts have been increased.

They are not generated and issued by the state central bank, such as the euro or the US dollar, but are generated exclusively digitally. There is no central operator that controls creation. The appropriate cryptocurrency is generated by a network of participants who want to use it and thousands of computers within the network verify and execute transactions correctly and store them locally.
