His professional background is in private equity and corporate finance and he brings over 20 years of experience from working with established middle-market firms in the United States and South Europe specializing in leveraged buy-outs, recapitalizations, and expansion financings in emerging markets where he was responsible for all aspects of the investment cycle. During his career Dino Bendeković served on Boards with companies within Telecom, Services, Tourism, Healthcare, Distribution, ICT, Manufacturing, and Food processing industries. He has acted as an instructor and lecturer in private equity and venture capital, entrepreneurship, corporate finance and investments to some of the region's leading financial institutions, and corporations. Dino Bendeković holds an MBA in corporate finance and investments from Boston University, Questrom School of Business.
